At Pawz and Print, your happiness and the well-being of your furry friend are our top priorities. We take great care in creating your custom pajamas, but we understand that sometimes errors can occur. If your order arrives damaged or is not correct, we are committed to making it right promptly and at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To resolve an issue with a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1.Contact Our Team: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of your delivery date. For orders placed between December 1st and December 15th, you have an extended period of 45 days from the delivery date to contact us.

2.Provide Details: In your message, please include your order number and a clear description (and photos, if possible) of the issue, such as the damage or the incorrect customization.

3.Receive Your Prepaid Label: Once we process your request, we will immediately email you a prepaid return shipping label to facilitate the return of the original item.

What Qualifies as "Incorrect or Damaged"?

For the purpose of our guarantee, an item is considered incorrect or damaged if it meets any of the following criteria:

Damaged upon Arrival: The product is broken, torn, stained, or otherwise unusable upon unboxing.

・Incorrect Customization: The personalization details do not match your order confirmation (e.g., wrong pet name, incorrect background design, or misplaced graphic).

・Wrong Size: The size of the pajamas received does not correspond with the size specified in your original order.

Important Policies for Custom Products

Because every Pawz and Print product is made-to-order specifically for you, we have the following policies in place:

・Refund Policy: Refunds are exclusively issued for items that are incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing errors made by the customer after the 24-hour adjustment window, or dissatisfaction with a correctly fulfilled custom design.

・Cancellation & Adjustment Policy: Once your order has entered our production queue, we cannot cancel it due to the custom work involved. If you need to cancel your order or adjust any details (such as size or customization), you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request at this stage.

Resolution

Upon receiving your returned incorrect or damaged item, we will promptly ship out a corrected replacement at no extra charge. Our goal is to ensure you end up with the perfect, high-quality Pawz and Print Pajamas you expected.
